Direct supervisor and coworkers can be good to work with. Depends on the business unit.
Cons
I worked for fiserv for over 13 years. Every year, sometimes multiple times a year, there are layoffs. The company does not value internal knowledge. They are not focused on growth but rather cost reduction to pad the books. They are closing offices all over the country at the cost of their seasoned employees and clients. The workload only increases because of this. Horrible upper management. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
