The owners tend to prioritize keeping customers over paying employees. Most jobs are under bid and even when you bring to managements attention, nothing is done. I'm not compensated for miles put on my vehicle and there's a trust issue if you're getting paid fairly, always. They are always asking for more & better even when not willing to pay you for it.
