Pros
Constant work, year round. Nothing higher than four stories and most of the work is ground level. No nights, no holidays. Percentage based pay, not commission (you don't need to find the work, the work is already provided and you just clean it, getting a percentage of all the work you've completed...You earn what you're worth). Hourly training pay. You meet a lot of great people, go to a lot of new places, and hear constant feedback from satisfied customers simply by smiling and cleaning the glass! I've built a future with this company, there is room for advancement.
Cons
Learning curve (it's a skill, you need to take a little time to learn it). Driving. Weather (rain, snow, wind, ect. however, it gets you outside and keeps the winter weight off you). Some ladder work.
