HORRIBLE!!! - Front Desk Receptionist Fit Factory (MA) Employee Review

Pros

The only good thing is a free membership and the friends you will make

Cons

I don’t even know where to start. The only upper management that cares is Charlie, Joe and Alyssa. Everyone else is an actual joke. I find it really funny that there is a review in here saying how its family oriented and fun. This place (specifically corporate) literally bullied me and others on a daily basis and has made multiple people cry. The work environment is insanely toxic because of corporate. They don’t care about your wellbeing, don’t even care about making their members happy and just want to take their money. It is an absolute joke working here and it will ruin your mental health. The only good program is Personal Training and Crossfit. The actual management of some locations are good but the people who work in corporate are a joke for the most part. Run. And run fast.

Pros

Working here has been an incredible journey of growth and development. This company fosters a small, close-knit, family-like environment where everyone supports one another. Leadership is understanding and genuinely cares about their employees, which creates an amazing work-life balance that’s hard to find elsewhere. I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the company, both personally and professionally, and I feel valued for my contributions. It’s a workplace where hard work is recognized, and the people truly make it a place you want to stay long-term. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Cons

In a close-knit environment, work can sometimes feel overwhelming if someone is out or if workloads increase unexpectedly.

Cons

- Upper management/Corporate is not the most supportive of their staff's success - Low pay - Not a tremendous amount of room to grow
