Pros

Free membership Helping others to stay fit & healthy

Cons

The Braintree location is toxic. - Corporate does not care about employees well-being let alone their gym members. - They try to fool you into thinking they care. Very quickly you will learn they are only interested in the profit & money. - They give employees surveys saying they want to hear your feedback. Then when you give them actual real, feedback it's never addressed. - Not a healthy place to work - Typically most people working in management are part of the problem because they are complacent in not speaking up for those below them. - highly recommend you look at working at different options before permanently sacrificing your mental health - If you only plan to work there temporarily or 1 a week. It may be manageable, hard to say. Go with your gut & intuition!

Pros

Working here has been an incredible journey of growth and development. This company fosters a small, close-knit, family-like environment where everyone supports one another. Leadership is understanding and genuinely cares about their employees, which creates an amazing work-life balance that’s hard to find elsewhere. I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the company, both personally and professionally, and I feel valued for my contributions. It’s a workplace where hard work is recognized, and the people truly make it a place you want to stay long-term. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Cons

In a close-knit environment, work can sometimes feel overwhelming if someone is out or if workloads increase unexpectedly.
