Pros

- Good HSA contribution - Nothing else

Cons

- Lowballed and promised a raise I never received - Manager stopped having 1-on-1's after 3 months - Brought up my erratic schedule regularly and was ignored (start at 8am Tuesday and Thursday, 12pm Monday and Wednesday) - Was reeled in with the promise of Friday's work from home, but at a whim was required to work longer hours during the week and work Friday's - Manager didn't care about plant shutdowns when my job was in jeopardy - Did not reimbursement me like they said they would for return of equipment ($50) - Required a 4 week notice via the handbook to receive PTO payout, which is illegal in the state of California - No ability to move up
