Unstable company, Does not value employees - Anonymous employee Flagstar Bank Employee Review

Toxic work environment. Mandated a 6 day work week for branch employees. Constantly hiring but simultaneoulsy laying off people and claiming a reduction in force. Conducted downward salary adjustments to some employees, and withheld bonuses and stock allocations for others, Timed their layoffs to avoid paying bonuses. Conducted a layoff due to costs and then the following week reported that the bank is doing well, If you accept an offer here, anticipate it being short termed.
