      Flexible schedule, ok benefit package. There isn’t a lot to say about the pros of this company their communication could be better.

      Cons

      Management completely out of touch with reality. A lot of talk no action or follow through. Makes promises never intending to fulfill. Could be more transparent with customers.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
