      Bank holidays, a few genuine coworkers

      Cons

      It's all sales. And sales pressure. Middle management plays favorites, and it's about profit and bonuses for them and nothing else. A lot of gossip and backstabbing ect.... which was disappointing because flagstar as a whole seems to have a great mission statement, they just do not follow up

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
