      There were many great people working here. Training staff was very good in the end. Time off was very flexible.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunity, Processes changed constantly, Software package purchased for doing our job in loss mitigation destroyed our customer service. Poorly managed.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
