      Flagstar has a competitive wage, ok benefits, friendly working staff, upper management is good at handling lower management problems or laziness.

      Cons

      not much room for growth, long hours, not much vacation time or flexibility with schedule, small benefits package. lower management needs more training.

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
