      Legacy Signature Bank: - Great work environment - Great benefits - Room for growth

      Cons

      - Bought our bank last year (signature bank) and are trying to completely change the culture that has worked for over 20 years - Cut our sick/vacation/PTO time - Cut bonuses from legacy Signature Employees

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
