      Usually get to work on leading edge technologies. Some very solid technical team members.

      Cons

      IT management somewhat disassociated from developer pain points. Too much of a top down management style in IT.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
