A lot of variety during your workday, meaningful and rewarding, scheduling staff works well with you to get the time off you need. There is lots of room for advancement.
Cons
At times can be stressful, some of the supervisors and managers seem to not be understanding. There seem to be many time that group homes are understaffed.
