      Work from home is all they have going for them.

      Cons

      Testing out for an oncology abstractor position with YEARS of experience and they stated I did not pass their test. They refuse to give feedback or even offer additional training IF needed. THIS company is a joke!

      There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general
