      The pay is good and you only have to work at least 10 hours per week.

      Cons

      The expectations to not make mistakes. With there being so many different things to consider when abstracting, it is easy to make a mistake. Sometimes when you send a question for help, the people that respond are not too nice.

      There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general
