      Love the flexibility to work anywhere anytime, straightforward work with standardized guidelines, PTO (albeit minimal but something is better than nothing)

      No guaranteed work hours so you have to be understanding, nonnegotiable pay

      There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general
