      Some modules have been modified to help machine/AI learning, we are literally training ourselves out of a job, the bonus structure changed to make it harder to get a bonus and without the letter grade you get even less feedback on how you are doing

      There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general
