8yThank you for sharing your thoughts on how we can improve. We have learned some of the lessons you cite about relying on a small number of large accounts, and are actively diversifying our portfolio, both in terms of customer partnerships and solution breadth.
We also strive to hire experienced and knowledgeable staff, but in some cases, that reliance on team member expertise may have led to complacency with regard to the supplemental training needed to make them successful. We’ve learned lessons there, too, and are working hard to make sure other members of our team don’t have an experience like the one you’ve had. We wish you the best in your professional endeavors.
