Flatirons Jouve enjoys a long partnership with Honeywell, and we continue to work together on important projects. Business relationships always evolve, and unfortunately a large contract was lost that led to difficult reductions.
We also work in a complex content-driven industry with many complexities both internal and external, so you’re right about quality being critical. We have invested and will continue to invest to make quality a priority. We have grown in recent years and at times these changes have made things more difficult for our team members.
Our intention and goal was to be transparent, compassionate, and supportive through the challenging time. It looks like you are no longer a current employee, but we accept your honest feedback and will do our best to use it productively.
