8yThank you for your feedback. We are listening, and we understand that working at Flatirons can be difficult. The last couple of years have been challenging ones for Flatirons due to organizational and market changes. As a result, we have had to make some very difficult decisions. We are evolving our vision, our culture and tightening our focus on customers and employees , ensuring that we put teammates and customers at the forefront of our efforts. We are also working harder on internal communication to address what you felt was an exclusionary or unstructured approach. You specifically mentioned not receiving feedback. This is unfortunate, and not acceptable. In 2017 we rolled out a an improved formal performance review process cycle. As we continue to review and look for ways to improve, one of our primary initiatives for 2018 and beyond is to provide more timely, regular feedback to all of our employees.
