Pros
Banal and typical. If you'd love to just work for 40 to 60 hours per week and go home to football and kids' homework, you'll be fine here. Management is typical and corporate. Benefits are fair. There is no cost of living increases, but 1 to 3% raises available.
Cons
They go through the typical motions of "improving corporate culture", but all that amounts to is a change of paint colors. Corporate culture seems to be unfriendly and gossipy. Pay is below average and not appropriate for experience or effort. There is a great deal of flux in the positions and very little room for advancement. Not even contemporary, much less advanced in the products that are offered. Creativity is frowned on. Middle management is severely lacking in people skills and the ability to communicate.
