      Leadership is trustworthy. They empathize with employees in thier team. They hear out what we have to say. They take care of our progress.

      Cons

      They keep retrospecting and improving thier pain areas. So no Cons. But postive outlook and scope for improvement addressed.

      Amazing small business feel. Some departments have great managers and directors. Hybrid onsite or remote.

      Owned by hedge fund. Low pay.
