      A friendly environment where we can learn good technologies

      Cons

      Hike percent was very low for the past 2 years (They will tell the reason as Covid Pandemic or budget issues). Though you perform well with top-grade there won't be any value for it. Really frustrating.

      Amazing small business feel. Some departments have great managers and directors. Hybrid onsite or remote.

      Cons

      Owned by hedge fund. Low pay.
