No Hike even for good employees Actually Me & My friends ran away from here only because of poor Hikes given You people say you love promoting from within. "Practise what you preach" They let go good old employees and hire new resources as replacement with double the pay provided to previous good employee If you give good hikes and encourage current employees , they'll never leave you i swear Employees are more important than your clients. Understand that first Take care of your employees. They'll take care of your company Dont be too stingy in giving hikes. Provide good hikes Still many employees inside have planned for a jump if they didnt get good hikes even next year. (Sharing this info here since I really care for Flatirons as an Ex-employee)
