Pros
Working with other employees utilizing the Agile Scrum methodology was very professional and pleasant. I was under contract and dealing with Accounts Payable for billing was easy and fruitful. Co-workers were generally willing to help when help was needed.
Cons
There were gaps between projects at times. Working under contract, it was hard to know if the contract would be extended or not. I would have liked to have had training to get a better feel for the company at the beginning.
