      Pros

      Upper management does believe in "Quality of Life" balance for the employees. The technical skills within the engineering and development teams are very high. Client base is steady, with a high percentage of returning and long-term customers. Dedicated to agile dev processes.

      Cons

      Recent mergers/acquisitions have not been 100% smooth. Majority of the projects executed at Flatirons are on an old technology stack, though other, more cutting-edge platforms have also been included.

      Amazing small business feel. Some departments have great managers and directors. Hybrid onsite or remote.

      Cons

      Owned by hedge fund. Low pay.
