Pros
- Fantastic executive team. Tough, but dynamic, talented and maintaining a good working environment with no political BS and back stabbing (RARE!!!) - Successful company = stability + money to invest on new projects - Work hard and the sky is the limit... There are many opportunities available and if you work hard, you can pretty much build your own career path.. - Work from anywhere policy - They actually get rid of the rotten apples...
Cons
Working with R&D offices in 3 locations is challenging (USA, Norway, China) from a communication and schedule perspective
