-Good driver support and dispatch - Opportunities for voluntary time off - Switch schedule feature in the app - Manageable workloads/routes - Good starting compensation

- Sometimes forget to pay rounded up to 40 hours bonuses - Raise promised after 8 weeks is very hard to attain - Little room for career advancement
