      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with and loved the interaction with the running community. It was great to participate in small running groups and enjoying training for races with a group. Management was really flexible with schedules when necessary.

      Cons

      Pay is low, usually have to work nights and weekends due to the field, benefits are expensive due to small business.
