Pros
There's alot of room for you to grow in the company depending on the store. I started out on the floor and quickly was promoted. Raises came quickly, I had 2 over my year of employment. I started working there very young and had little experience, and they were still willing to give me major responsibilities. You also feel great helping other athletes achieve their goals.
Cons
One thing I didn't prefer (and this is purely preference) Is that the managerial staff tried really hard to be your friend. I felt a little emotionally manipulated sometimes, even if it wasn't intentional. However many people are fine with being personal with their managers. i suggest to simply lay down ground rules so they don't over use you. But that's nit-picky stuff!
