Low pay and horrible management. The owners and gm undervalue their staff and have no ability to grow people. High turnover with the manager position. Multiple managers have been fired, quit or stepped down since I’ve been here. The general manager has no people skills and only cares about metrics. He has yet to call me by my correct name. My coworkers are all pretty cool and my store manager is a real nice guy but that’s where it ends with this place. Everyone above him is just awful. I thought working in a running store would be fun but it’s really hurt my mental health.
