Pros

Everyone is very well-mannered, polite and supportive. Environment is good overall accept for the constant requests from other offices for input into new business proposals. Great to be so supportive and have input, but not at the expense of the clients.

Cons

Poor IT, poor processes and too many people in senior roles that have been there too long. Company approaches every aspect of its business as it did thirty years ago. Template-driven and boring. Dave Senay is nice guy and gets his business, but he's trying to steer a Titanic in a speed boat race.

Pros

People are smart, friendly and some of the best in the business. Really cool and interesting clients and projects bring invaluable opportunities to learn and gain industry experience.

Cons

Omnicom sucks. Pay isn't great at lower levels and raises and promotions aren't even something we can ask for bc it's all decided by them. Our culture has taken a hit as a result and we're struggling with retention and hiring.
