They are not concerned with the culture of their companies or the wellbeing of their employees. Their sole concern is profit margin and they track it minute-to-minute. How does this affect employees day-to-day? Put simply: it smothers creativity, new thinking and innovation and fosters a culture where everyone is watching their back and making sure they bill enough hours. Will you have opportunities to do big, interesting projects at FH? Yes. Will you gain a lot of professional experience? Yes. Just don't expect the kind of culture where they care much about you as an individual and/or for your ideas on how to do things differently.
