Pros
FH New York has some of the nicest people and best clients. I truly enjoy the people I work with. Maybe one SVP I'm not fond of but you can't be friends with everyone. For the most part I enjoy the people. Niceness aside, FH NY cons outweigh the good. See below.
Cons
FH New York Consumer Marketing has the worst staffing module you'll see anywhere. FH lacks structure and there is currently a mass exodus of junior team members where talent is leaving faster than they can be replaced which results in current staffers absorbing the work others were doing on top of their original responsibilities. Senior leadership is aware of the problem but do nothing to find a solution. The account split / distribution makes no sense and it's not uncommon for all accounts to be blowing up at the same time yet the SVPs that run the business have no empathy or understanding of the workload and there's always a demand for more, more, more. They like to talk about the problem and pretend that they will find a solution but actually do nothing about it. All that said, have I learned at FH? Sure, I have but not from my colleagues or leadership but rather from necessity to stay afloat with client demands.
