Pros

Has retained a solid reputation based on big, long-lasting clients. Attracts the cream of the crop for its paid internships.

Cons

Watch your back. Political intrigue is rampant - New York office is choc-a-block with sycophants. Has been shedding its "legacy" employees in droves. Offices share very little - including culture. St. Louis is the center of what, exactly?

Pros

People are smart, friendly and some of the best in the business. Really cool and interesting clients and projects bring invaluable opportunities to learn and gain industry experience.

Cons

Omnicom sucks. Pay isn't great at lower levels and raises and promotions aren't even something we can ask for bc it's all decided by them. Our culture has taken a hit as a result and we're struggling with retention and hiring.
