Pros
The people really are great. So many creative powerhouses and geniuses that you get to learn from and work alongside every day. Most people I have encountered also seem very genuine and want to help out where they can or take a new employee under their wing. Best coworkers.
Cons
The company takes complete advantage of you. It's bad enough that the salary is not commesureate with the amount and quality of work is expected of you, but now to charge clients more for the exact same service as before "because of inflation", but not adjusting our salaries due to inflation. That was really dissappointing to find out. Also I don't even think we got a Christmas bonus or anything. Last year they gave us a jacket at least.... We work our butts off for our clients and for this company and it is really frustrating that we can kill ourselves for this job and they really think so little of us. FH brags about having some of the best in the industry... then maybe you should pay them like they are the best. Of course everyone wants to be paid more, but this is getting insulting.
