Pros

All the pros of FleishmanHillard (flexible working, team morale, trust and positivity) are disappearing under recent updates from CEO John Saunders.

Cons

John Saunders (CEO) sent an email saying all employees must come back to the office 3-days a week, citing “culture and productivity” as the reason. No consultation was done with employees or individual offices. No one is happy with the decision and people are going to leave FleishmanHillard as a result. John then sent an email accusing people of using sick days inappropriately. The email was rude and shows no trust in the team. Everyone is disappointed that leadership have allowed these two emails to be sent. The culture is declining rapidly. Reconsider continuing the interview process or applying for FleishmanHillard in 2023.

Pros

Account teams are supportive and there is a great social accept to the office which is refreshing. Admin team is amazing.

Cons

Management are unsupportive and have no clear direction or awareness for career paths or client workloads. Favoritism within teams and direct managers is blatant. Clients are often over serviced with hours not clearly reflected in timesheeets or billing (meaning billable hour targets are impacted). HR does not action complaints re workload or billable hour concerns or unsupportive management (with receipts showing examples).
