      Pros

      Projects usually have short timelines so that you get to work on new stuff often. Most people are pretty good to work with. OK PTO and 401K match. Medical is good network, but high deductible plans.

      Cons

      IT support is mostly in India. Support for CAD tools is in India, and they don't seem to understand the day to day use that engineers put the CAD tools to. Each group seems to be very separate from other groups. So, the same problem could be being addressed by multiple groups rather than collaborating. Very short term cost focused.

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
