      Pros

      Many good colleagues, fast paced, opportunities to make an impact on day to day processes, very international environment allows for multi-cultural interaction.

      Cons

      Too many re-organizations by senior management which leads to concern over future direction. No telecommuter policy is negative as they will not really allow people flexibility to work remotely even when it is clearly in the best interest of the company.

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
