Competent local management Good communication and cooperation between site level teams fostered a "get er done" attitude Fast paced, never boring Competitive benefits
Cons
As with most contract manufacturers at this level you are only as good as the "best" customer at your site. No apparent cohesive corporate level strategy to aggressively increase U.S. sites business. Corporate, reactive not proactive. It's every site for them selves, sink or swim. Too many layers of expensive corporate level management which impacts individual sites ability to provide the lower cost value proposition customers in this space demand.
