Pros
Tons of exposure to learn new things by yourself. The way all business verticals are handled provides a lot of insights on different markets. A great place for a first job/internship as you can learn new things for future roles/responsibilities.
Cons
As the nature of the company is to be a contract manufacturer, you depend of the will of the customer. No matter if they are right or wrong. There is a big culture of "escalate to the next hierarchical level" to get things done. Even if the things are working or happening. No matter what your role is for the company, you need to be available full time.
