      Pros

      Many opportunities. Flextronics will let you run with ideas, and hold you accountable for the ideas. Lots of projects coming up, lots of new faces, and hiring is increasing.

      Cons

      Many opportunities, not enough time. Very lean company, lots of people overloaded with assignments. This may be indicative of the contract manufacturing environment.

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
