      Pros

      The company does have good benefits

      Cons

      After an exceptionally good experience working for a small company, being acquired by this large international company was not a good experience. It had to happen, conforming to their rules, methods of operations etc, and eventual total dismantling of what our company was, people laid off and operations moved to Mexico and other locations.

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
