      Pros

      truthfully it was the management team i loved. we were all friends and it was just easy and happy I woke up happy to go to work everyday. I loved the fast pace of sales. the freedom was just great.

      Cons

      i hated all the convention crap. I am terrible at public speaking and just did not want to do it at all. everyday conference calls that were pointless and stupid

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
