      Pros

      Dress code and facility. You can wear business casual all the days in a week Pick and drop facility available

      Cons

      Poor training No Standard learning documents for new comers Politics No fun at work Existing employees wont help freshers and new comers Very poor leadership TL's and managers wont listen to employees problem poor work environment. Need to transform from paper work to systematic. Unrealistic targets set for all the employees etccccccccccccccc.

      Pros

      Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

      Cons

      Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
