      Pros

      The pay is okay, and you get 3 weeks of vacation after the first year.

      Cons

      The company does not care about their employees, you work long days and are not very well appreciated. The management team is rude and can not be trusted, I would not recommend working at the Kentucky location.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
