      Time Management, timing of requirements requires extreme amounts of OT, even when there are Holidays the time requirements are tight and leave no room for extentions.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
