      Pros

      The Pros were the executives were the only people who received stock options and all they did was sell them left and right. Look for yourself.

      Cons

      The company is so big nobody can make a decision about anything. They have SLAs for IT requests but nobody really cares or completes stuff on time. 14 day SLA to get a VPN account created??? Funny how the execs had Starbucks coffee and everyone else had some bad tasting "stuff" The execs also got free lunches in the on site cafeteria. while everyone else had to pay.

      Pros

      You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
