Pros

If you need the money, it’s a great place to work temporarily. The company sometimes will buy lunch or donuts to show their appreciation for employees.

Cons

Overtime is mandatory if there’s work to be done. They say it’s optional and in training that the work week can’t exceed 48 hours, but if you don’t show up on the day you’re scheduled even if it puts you in overtime, you’ll be reprimanded. Some weeks they don’t let you work more than 40 hours, and they’ll send you home at lunch on Wednesday so you can work a full 10 hour day on Saturday and stay below 40. Hours for repair techs are 6a-5p. I started with a group scheduled Mon-Fri, and then they switched everyone to Tues-Sat. Anyone who couldn’t make the schedule switch was simply let go.

Pros

Very friendly, as close to family as a company can get. Extremely large, so support exists for any task, even if not on site.

Cons

Long over burdened processes for capital to produce quality goods, on time. Pay for talent is lower than industry average

Pros

You get a lot of experience with many tools you support. Good people you work with. The knowledge, the training you get when you support over 100 different types of tools.

Cons

Management is lacking in training, they don't know how to handler conflict. No confidence in leadership, we are told one thing and never seems to follow through. No accountability
